David Cerveny
About David
David was born and raised in Fairbury, Nebraska where he was initially introduced to the healthcare industry by working at the hometown nursing home in high school. After college, he became an Administrator of his first skilled nursing facility at the age of 23. David has enjoyed his career in long term care executive management for over 34 years. David enjoys working in healthcare "because it was never a job, but a passion." In his free time David enjoys walks with his wife Melissa and their Schnau-Tzu dog Teddy. He likes watching all sports and is still an avid Nebraska Cornhusker fan.
Beth Watts
About Elizabeth
Elizabeth "Beth" Watts was born in Largo, Florida and grew up in Sumter County. It was there she started her healthcare career journey. At the young age of 19, she got a job at a large rural healthcare facility, Thomas Langley Medical Center. Over the past 18 years, she has worked for a variety of different medical specialties, including laboratories, hospitals, psychiatry, and primary care. Beth joined our CFP family in October 2017. Beth has been married to her husband, Robert, since 2007 and they have 3 boys. She and her husband are proud nerds and she enjoys passing the time playing video games, watching movies, and reading. And no Floridian up bringing is complete without the love of the beach.
Roseanna Fowler
About Roseanna
Roseanna Fowler was born in Durham, NC. Her parents moved to Winter Park, FL where she was raised for 16 years. Roseanna graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2003 with a major in Health Service Administration and a minor in Business Administration. Roseanna has worked for CFP Physicians Group since 1997 in almost every facet of the company. Starting as a receptionist, discharge, referrals, medical records, billing, front office manager and office manager. Roseanna was married in 2005 to a police officer and has 2 children. She now is an Administrative Assistant and Credentialing Coordinator for CFP Physicians. Roseanna enjoys the beach, boating and camping and hopes to add more farm animals.

Michelle is a dedicated healthcare professional with 14 years of experience in skilled nursing. With a strong passion for providing quality care and improving operational efficiency, Michelle has developed extensive expertise in managing skilled nursing facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing patient outcomes.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida, equipping her with a solid foundation in healthcare management, policy, and leadership. Her commitment to excellence and patient-centered care has driven her success in the skilled nursing field, making her a valuable asset to any healthcare organization.
Macie Armstrong
Asst Office Manager
About Macie
Macie was born in north central Illinois. After graduating high school, she became a licensed EMT, then proceeded to obtain her Paramedic License. Macie worked on a local emergency service ambulance for 4 years before moving to Florida. Macie has since gained her experience in primary care right here in our office. She had started as a Medical Assistant working with our providers and practitioners, and has since developed into her role as our Population Health Care Coordinator and our Assistant Office Manager. Macie has one four-legged child, her sweet dog, Cali with her husband. She enjoys travelling, going to the beach and reading.
